At 5pm Tuškanac cinema continues with The Great 5 section, screening Elle, starring the brilliant Isabelle Huppert and diriected by Paul Verhoeven, the director of the iconic Basic Instinct.

The provocative Dutch director Paul Verhoeven made a big comeback with his first film in French. The plot of this dark, stylised thriller follows 50-year-old Michéle, a ruthless and successful businesswoman leading a video game company. Confident, shrewd and subtly cynical in her sense of humour, Michéle is a person who makes enemies easily. When she is attacked and raped by a masked man in her own home, she becomes obsessed with finding the unknown perpetrator.
