Dorothy is a film director and a bit of a loser. One night, under the influence of Heineken, she is busy working on a screenplay when her tipsiness is interrupted by her producer’s call: enough with the queer comedies, it’s time for mainstream movies. To avoid despair, Dorothy seeks solace in her favorite series, Romy, the Vampire Slayer. Unfortunately, her own demons show up. The film won the Silver Silver Pardino in this year’s Leopards of Tomorrow program at Locarno.
